Job summary

We are looking for a customer service specialist who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage incoming messages and user questions via phone, email, mail, or social media
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Strong phone, email, and chat contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and experience in using cryptocurrencies is not necessary, but will be a great advantage. The priority will be given to job seekers who possess at least basic knowledge of the decentralized project industry
  • High school degree
