About Miracle Tele

Miracle Tele, hereafter referred to as the Company or We, is a mobile virtual network operator that offers worldwide calls and Internet in just one SIM card, hereafter referred to as the Services, and fuses it with tokenization of the company’s assets by introducing TELE token.

This Shipping Policy constitutes an integral part of the Miracle Tele Terms of Use and Token Sale Agreement and shall not be read or quoted on its own without the aforementioned documents.

1. General Conditions

We have prepared this Shipping Policy for purposes of informing you about how we ship and deliver Miracle Tele SIM cards.

We ship Miracle Tele SIM cards door-to-door via TNT Standard and Expedited Shipping. Upon ordering your Miracle Tele SIM card in the member’s area on the Miracle Tele Website, you will be asked to choose between Standard or Expedited Shipping, the costs of which are provided below in Shipping Costs section, and enter your address and contact details.

As soon as your Miracle Tele SIM card order is shipped, you will receive an international tracking code for your parcel. Please mind that on the day of delivery you may be contacted by the courier by phone in order to arrange the SIM card delivery time that is most convenient for you.

2. Delivery Times

The delivery times usually vary from country to country and the shipping service you chose, but we still try to process and deliver all SIM card orders within X business days irrespective of the destination country. Remember that we deliver only on business days, Monday to Friday, and do not deliver SIM card orders on weekends or national holidays in the destination country.

Please mind that some SIM card shipments may be delayed for several days if we are experiencing an influx of orders. We will get in touch with you by phone in case if your order is subject to either an unforeseen or considerable delay.

3. Shipping Costs

Since Miracle Tele ships all SIM card orders worldwide via TNT Standard and Expedited Shipping, the shipping costs established by TNT shall be covered by the customer.

Please mind that additional charges may be imposed on orders to particular countries or remote areas. If this is the case, you will be notified of it upon placing your SIM card shipment order on the Miracle Tele Website.

Also, please remember that we shall not be responsible for any fees, commissions, or taxes that the customs of this or that country may apply to your SIM card order. All such fees, commissions, or taxes that may be applied to your SIM card order shall be paid solely by the customer.

4. Damaged Orders

In case if you received your SIM card order in a damaged state, whether with a damaged packaging or damaged SIM card, or in case if the SIM card you received does not work, please get in touch with us at support@miracletele.com.

If this is the case, please don’t forget to save the damaged packaging or SIM card, which you will need to demonstrate to us in order to be sent a new SIM card free of charge.

5. Order Tracking

You will be emailed an international tracking code for your parcel within 24 hours after it has been processed and shipped.

As soon as your Miracle Tele SIM card order has arrived to a shipment processing center, you will be notified about it and may contacted via phone by one of the couriers in order to arrange the SIM card delivery time that is most convenient for you.

6. Customs Fees and Taxes

We shall not be responsible for any fees, commissions, or taxes that the customs of this or that country may apply to your SIM card order. All such fees, commissions, or taxes that may be applied to your SIM card order shall be paid solely by the customer.

7. Refund Policy

Please be sure to get familiar with our Refund Policy in order to find out detailed information about our refund practises for Miracle Tele services.

8. Notices

We may communicate with you about changes made to this Shipping Policy or any other issues associated with the Company or the Services via displaying or sending you messages using the Miracle Tele Website.

9. Changes in This Shipping Policy

We may make amendments in this Shipping Policy when we update our shipping conditions, times, or terms. In case if there are important changes made to this document, we will inform you about such changes being introduced and taking effect via the communication channels that are indicated in the previous section of this Shipping Policy.

We recommend you to review this Shipping Policy on a regular basis in order to stay aware of changes that may be introduced to this document.
